Event set-up instructions

Now we are using MotorSportReg (MSR) by Hagerty as our CRM (database) solution we can now use the membership data in conjuction with events. This will allow us to have a single source of truth for event registrations.

The steps in the process

  • Event organizer to supply the information as listed below to the WebMinister via e-mail
  • A volunteer (Matthew, Matt, or Peter K) will set-up the event in MSR and Facebook
  • The Event organizer will be supplied a URL (web link) for their event
  • N.B No private information will be posted on Facebook
